In the event Joshua Zirkzee wanted to continue plying his trade in the Premier League away from Manchester United, he reportedly has two suitors waiting to negotiate a deal.
It was confirmed this week that Zirkzee was eyeing a mid-season departure from Old Trafford after falling out of favour under Ruben Amorim.

As a result, the forward is now fretting over his chances of making Ronald Koeman’s World Cup squad next summer. Zirkzee has not featured for the Netherlands since November 2024 and was omitted from Koeman’s selection once again for the October international break.
In truth, you couldn’t really blame the 24-year-old for pushing for a move elsewhere. He has yet to start a Premier League game this season and wasn’t even called upon to start United’s second-round Carabao Cup clash away to Grimsby Town in August.
They were knocked out of the competition on penalties that night, confirming there’d be even fewer opportunities for him to feature throughout the campaign.
Zirkzee has accumulated just 74 minutes of action in the top flight thus far, spending four full games watching on from the sidelines as an unused substitute.

In regards to the approaches he could receive come January, TeamTalk claims that both Everton and West Ham United are prepared to offer the former Bayern Munich star an escape route.
The Irons will be looking to turn their fortunes around following a calamitous start to 2025/2026 under Graham Potter, who was succeeded by Nuno Espirito Santo on September 27. Clearly, the coach views Zirkzee as a player who can inspire a positive run of form at the London Stadium.
As for Everton, they put an end to Crystal Palace’s 19-game unbeaten streak prior to the break to secure their third win, with Jack Grealish proving to be a game-changing addition to David Moyes’ ranks.
