Ruben Amorim has made two changes from the Manchester United side that drew 1-1 with Real Sociedad in San Sebastian on Thursday. Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof come in for Rasmus Hojlund, who drops to the bench, and Patrick Dorgu, who is suspended.
United will want to show progress and climb the table by overcoming one of the league’s best teams but will also have one eye on the second leg against the Basques on Thursday.
Andre Onana is in goal.
Lindelof joins Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro in the back three.
Noussair Mazraoui and Diogo Dalot are the wing backs.
Casemiro partners Bruno Fernandes in midfield.
Up front Eriksen and Alejandro Garnacho will support centre forward Josh Zirkzee.
The subs are Dermot Mee, Elyh Harrison, Harry Amass, Ayden Heaven, Toby Collyer, Jack Fletcher, Jack Moorhouse, Hojlund and Chido Obi.
Dorgu returns to his three match suspension today leaving Ruben Amorim with even fewer players at his disposal for the home Premier League match with Arsenal.
Altay Bayindir, Jonny Evans, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, Amad, Harry Maguire and Manu Ugarte are all injured.
Today’s match at Old Trafford kicks off at 4.30pm.
