Lammens: It feels good to give trust

Monday 08 December 2025 16:00Senne Lammens has spoken about the honour of being likened to Peter Schmeichel by Manchester United supporters.The 23-year-old has caught the eye with his composure in goal having signed for the Reds on the last day of the summer transfer window. He has been serenaded with a tongue-in-cheek chant at some games, with fans humourously asking if the Belgian stopper – who recently made his international debut – is the Great Dane in disguise.
