‘Well-intentioned’ Fletcher decision proved far too ‘costly’ – it killed United’s momentum vs Burnley

Eventually, they had no choice but to settle for a point, leaving them seventh-placed in the table.Journalists have since deemed Fletcher’s decision to substitute Fernandes a ‘well-intentioned’ but ultimately ‘costly’ one.
