Vote for United’s December Player of the Month

Manchester United fans can now vote for our Player of the Month for December.

It was a difficult end to the month for the Reds, but there were still some standout results in December, namely the 4-0 victory over Everton and our 2-1 derby triumph at Manchester City.

As we say goodbye to 2024, our final Player of the Month for the year must be chosen, with Amad, Harry Maguire and Manuel Ugarte the trio nominated for December.

Our no.16 began December by assisting twice in our 4-0 win over Everton, and then assisted once more in our 3-2 defeat to Nottingham Forest.

The Ivorian was instrumental in our comeback victory at Viktoria Plzen before winning a late penalty and scoring a last-gasp winner as we came from behind at City to win the Manchester derby.

Even in defeat, Amad was a bright spark for the Reds in December, coming off the bench away at Tottenham to get a goal and assist despite United being edged 4-3 in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.

HARRY MAGUIRE

Another player who stood out in December was our no.5.

Maguire started five of our fixtures across the month, including the win at City, and regularly put in strong individual displays.

Harry could very well have got a goal against Newcastle, too, were it not for the woodwork thwarting the centre-back’s powerful header.

MANUEL UGARTE

The Uruguay international, signed from Sporting in the summer, has gradually gained more and more influence in recent weeks, as he continues to adapt to the Premier League.

A diligent worker in the heart of our midfield, Ugarte is another Red who, despite the frustrating end to 2024, has been nominated for our Player of the Month after some strong displays on personal note.

It is not just tackling that our no.25 excels at, however, as Manuel has started to show his quality on the ball with quick, incisive passes that progress the Reds up the field.
