Manchester United had two loanees in action on Monday night. To find out where all of Manchester United’s loaned players are playing this season, click here. Andre Onana The Cameroonian goalkeeper has had a difficult few weeks, having been left out of the Cameroon Africa Cup of Nations squad. Therefore, he was available to play in Trabzonspor’s chaotic 4-3 loss to Gençlerbirliği S.K. Onana’s game got off to the worst possible start when, after six minutes, he could not keep out a header from a corner. There was also little he could do for the second goal, as Franco Tongya side-footed in from close range. His side did fight back to 2-2, but he was once again rooted to the spot when the hosts scored their third goal of the match. Onana’s defence was again all at sea as another header was powered past the African goalkeeper. He did also manage to make five saves in the match, with four coming from efforts inside the box. Onana also made zero high claims and no punches in the match, completing 79% of his passing attempts. He had three shots on goal during the match, with two hitting the target. One chance missed was classified as a big chance spurned, but luckily it did not cost his side. Hojlund also completed 100% of his dribble attempts in the match. The striker also helped protect the lead by winning three ground duels and making two clearances.
