United eyeing stunning move for 30m PSG sensation, PL sides preparing opening bids – report

Manchester United have set their sights on a Paris Saint-Germain prodigy in their search for a new left winger. It has been widely reported that Michael Carrick wants to strengthen United’s left flank amid question marks over the future of Marcus Rashford. So far, United have been strongly linked with Premier League-proven wingers, but now a report suggests the club’s recruitment team are also monitoring developments in Paris. Manchester United plotting move to sign Ibrahim Mbaye According to United in Focus, Manchester United are among three Premier League clubs exploring a move for PSG and Senegal winger Ibrahim Mbaye. United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Aston Villa are all reportedly interested in 18-year-old Mbaye. “Manchester United are exploring ways to integrate Mbaye into their medium‑term squad plans” with Premier League clubs already preparing offers for Mbaye. United want to sign a versatile forward this summer and Mbaye fits the brief well, given he is capable of playing on both flanks and as an attacking midfielder. Mbaye made 31 appearances under Luis Enrique last term, but he is “open to taking the next step in his career and is eager for more regular playing time.” Mbaye’s representatives are thought to be trying to convince him to remain in Paris, but a move to the Premier League this summer is a “highly realistic scenario” because of the youngster’s ambition to play regularly. It is understood PSG are willing to consider bids close to €35 million (£30m) this summer for Mbaye. Furthermore, Premier League clubs are allegedly preparing offers in the region of €25m to test the Ligue 1 giants’ resolve. Crysencio Summerville hands major boost to Manchester United West Ham attacker Crysencio Summerville is also highly admired at Old Trafford and is believed to be the number one target on the left wing for United. Recently, The Peoples Person relayed a report claiming Summerville only wants to join United and has made this clear to his representatives. The West Ham talisman views United as the “ultimate destination, believing it’s the place where he can compete for the Champions League and the Premier League.” Featured image Michael Reaves via Getty Images The Peoples Person has been one of the world’s leading Man United news sites for over a decade.
