Manchester United may have made some solid additions to the squad this summer but they are yet to get their house in order, with a number of sales yet to be made.

Ruben Amorim has a few players in his squad he has no plans for in the upcoming season and this includes the likes of Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Jadon Sancho.

One other player who belonged to this list was Marcus Rashford, but he has secured a move to Barcelona on loan with the Catalan club agreeing to cover 100% of his wages during the tenure.

Now, as per Corriere dello Sport via Sport Witness, English star Jadon Sancho is ready to secure a move to Serie A side AS Roma this summer.

The maligned winger is said to be ready to agree to a wage of around £100,000 a week at the Italian club as he looks to get his faltering career back on track away from the spotlight.

Sancho was one of Man Utd’s biggest signings in recent history and he came after a brilliant stint at Borussia Dortmund. However, his time at Old Trafford has been marred by controversy.

Last season, the Englishman was loaned out to Chelsea in a bid to get him back on track and although he featured a lot under Enzo Maresca, he was inconsistent with his performances.

Playing in the Premier League is always a case of playing with fire, especially as an English player. However, a move to Roma, away from the spotlight, could just be what Sancho needs to rediscover himself as a player.

Moving Sancho on would help Man Utd get a significant chunk of wages off their books. This could help them make a move for further transfer targets in other positions and let’s wait and see how the situation plays out in the coming days.
