‘This shirt is especially beautiful’

Andre Onana is a fan of the new Manchester United third goalkeeping jersey.

The Reds star modelled the shirt at a recent shoot at the club and its eagerly awaited launch on Thursday has caused something of a buzz.

Not only does he like the colour and look and feel of the top but the Cameroon international has also delivered his verdict on which of his team-mates he considers to be the most stylish when it comes to fashion.

When we asked our no.24 about the new shirt, he enthused: “It’s one of my favourite colours. This one, especially, is beautiful. Hopefully, I can wear this shirt in more games.

“I wear what I like,” he added. “What suits me and what makes me feel happy.

“I’m very easy.”

When it comes to discussing his colleagues, he offered a considered opinion on who is the best dressed.

“It depends on the age,” he said. “We have young players like Kobbie [Mainoo] and Garna [Alejandro Garnacho], who dress really well. And you have mature players like Casemiro and Bruno [Fernandes], who dress with respect.

“If I had to choose one, it would be Amad.”
