While those transfers have worked out in their favour, Ruben Amorim still seeks more quality in the final third.Ruben Amorim wants another strikerThe Portuguese manager wants to bring in another striker to add depth, and according to a report from Africafoot, the Red Devils have their eyes set on Lassine Sinayoko and are already involved in serious talks with his camp.While United did break the bank to sign Benjamin Sesko ahead of the ongoing campaign, the Slovenian international is yet to hit top gear. Amorim wants to ensure he has enough support for the 22-year-old.Having parted ways with Rasmus Hojlund, Joshua Zirkzee is the only out-and-out striker option, and the Dutch international hasn’t done enough to convince Amorim. As a result, the Portuguese manager is looking for more quality and depth.Man United want to sign Lassine SinayokoThe former Sporting CP boss considers Sinayoko an ideal fit for his system. The 26-year-old, who is currently at the African Cup of Nations, has been in fine form this season. He has six goals and two assists in his 16 outings for Auxerre.Amorim seems confident that he has all the qualities to be an ideal backup striker for United. As a result, the Red Devils are pushing hard to strike a deal with him during the winter transfer window to acquire his services on a free transfer ahead of next season.With his contract running out, they see this as a great opportunity. The Manchester-based giants are looking to finalise a €3 million salary agreement. Both parties remain in talks, as they look to reach a common ground in the near future.
