The Red Devils have been closely monitoring him in recent months and have emerged as serious contenders for his signature.Even Aston Villa are keeping tabs on Robinson, and Unai Emery’s team could provide stiff competition to the Manchester-based giants. While the American international will still have two years left on his deal in the summer, he could be available for around £25 million.Manchester United want RobinsonGiven his quality and the amount of Premier League experience he has, it could prove to be a bargain move for Manchester United. While they do have Luke Shaw in their squad, the English international has struggled to stay fit. Consistent injuries to Shaw have caused a lot of problems for United, and Robinson could be an ideal cover for the 30-year-old, with other options not living upto the expectations. The Red Devils have been scouting the market for a new left-back, and the American full-back’s pace, reliability and experience make him an ideal candidate for them. The 28-year-old is eager to test himself at the highest level. He wants to play for a Champions League club, and the Red Devils could offer him that opportunity next season.
