Manchester United attacker Matheus Cunha responded to the chastising he and his teammates received after their disappointing display against Wolves.Despite the important absences of Bruno Fernandes, Bryan Mbeumo, Amad Diallo and several others, the home crowd at Old Trafford wasn’t going to settle for anything less than a win on Tuesday. After all, Man Utd were hosting what might well be the worst team in Premier League history, as their tally suggests (three points from 19 fixtures).And yet, Wolves managed to nullify Joshua Zirkzee’s opener by scoring an equaliser through Ladislav Krejci just before half-time, and defending the result until the final whistle. Although Cunha’s words are not audible, his body language says it all.Naturally, the episode won’t earn the 26-year-old any favours with Red Army. Ironically, Cunha was cheered by the home supporters at Old Trafford during this fixture last season, even though he was still a Wolves player.
