Manchester United will look to offload Rasmus Hojlund in the event that Benjamin Sesko signs this summer.
Indeed, MailSport claim the Danish international is ‘likely to leave’ in some form if a new striker arrives in the coming weeks, though whether that be permanently or on loan to try and revive his lacklustre form remains to be seen.
Assuming Sesko does make the switch, United will have around four weeks to find suitors for Hojlund and the rest of the ‘bomb squad’ at Old Trafford, with Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia all awaiting concrete approaches.

In selling Hojlund, INEOS would be directly opposing the player’s wishes to stay put and fight for his place – even if it means playing a reduced role next season.
After United upped the ante in their pursuit of Sesko this week, the No.9 was pressed on his feelings on the matter after featuring – and scoring – for the Reds in a pre-season win over Bournemouth.
“I think my plan is very clear, and that is for me to stay and fight for my spot whatever happens,” said Hojlund to reporters.
Ultimately, however, the decision is not up to him, and his dismal return of just four Premier League goals in 32 appearances last season has left him with no leg to stand on when putting forward his case to stay long-term.
Benjamin Sesko to United: The latest
In regards to the Sesko deal, he is said to be favouring a move to the 20-time champions amidst stern interest from Newcastle United.
As soon as INEOS receive confirmation from the 22-year-old that he wants the move, they will send their opening proposal to RB Leipzig and hope the club honours Sesko’s desires by sanctioning his exit.
