Manchester United’s Casemiro has been regularly hitting the headlines this season for his positive displays. As a result, it has been suggested that United may offer him a new deal on a reduced salary to stay on at the club beyond 2026. I have too many things to worry about at Manchester United to worry about Real Madrid.” The 33 year old did clarify his comments by stating, “everyone knows how much I love the club and the city, but I’m not worried about Madrid, I’m much more concerned about United.” It is natural that the Brazilian would focus more on the club he is currently paid to be at but he has made no secret of his love for Manchester United and his joy at being part of the club. Interestingly, he is not the only former Real Madrid star to express his love for United. Raphael Varane also hinted in the past that he preferred life at Old Trafford to the Bernabeu.
