How women’s football history will be made next weekend

Have you heard? Fans across the Barclays Women’s Super League and Championship will officially be a part of history next weekend.
For the first time in the respective leagues’ existence, every fixture will take place at the home side’s main stadium.
It’s the only time this has been the case for all 11 fixtures of a match weekend across the two divisions.

The weekend will also see clubs across the leagues mark Stonewall’s annual Rainbow Laces campaign which aims to celebrate and show support for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport.
