The erratic Andre Onana has been shipped out to Trabzonspor on loan until the end of the season. Meanwhile, Senne Lammens has established himself as Ruben Amorim’s number one. There is room to improve but the 23-year-old Belgian has brought much-needed calmness at the back. The £18m signing has also impressed with his shot-stopping. As such, United might not need to make a major first-team addition in that department for a long time. United have announced the signing of Charlie Hardy from Championship outfit Derby County. The 16-year-old Englishman agreed to join the Red Devils earlier this year after spending nearly a decade with the Rams. The move has now been finalised following approval from the Premier League. It is believed United will pay compensation for the young goalkeeper’s services. The 6ft 2in England youth international have won five caps at Under-16s level for his country.
