Confirmed United XI vs Everton: Yoro in for the injured Martinez, team unchanged otherwise

Lisandro Martinez has picked up an injury and does not feature for Manchester United tonight against Everton. He has a small knock that should resolve quickly and is replaced by Leny Yoro in the left centre-back position. Other than that, interim manager Michael Carrick has fielded an unchanged side from the one that grabbed a 1-1 draw at West Ham last time out. Defence Senne Lammens is in goal. Diogo Dalot will be the right-back, with Harry Maguire probably moving to left centre-back so that Yoro can play on the right. Luke Shaw will be the left back. Midfield and attack Kobbie Mainoo and Casemiro reprise their twin pivot roles in the heart of United’s midfield. Ahead of them, Bruno Fernandes is the number 10, flanked by Amad on the right and Matheus Cunha on the left. Bryan Mbeumo is up top. Substitutes Altay Bayindir, Ayden Heaven, Nous Mazraoui, Jack Moorhouse, Tyler Fletcher, Manu Ugarte, Josh Zirkzee and Ben Sesko are the subs. Sesko has averaged a goal every 42 minutes in his last six outings and will consider himself unlucky not to be starting. Mason Mount, Pat Dorgu and Matthijs de Ligt are all still out injured.
