Wednesday 01 April 2026 15:00Manchester United’s first 3pm kick-off of 2026 will come at Sunderland on Saturday 9 May.The Premier League game marks our first senior visit to the Stadium of Light since 9 April 2017, when Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Marcus Rashford scored in a 3-0 victory. The Black Cats have exceeded all expecations upon their return to the top flight, including doing the double over their fierce rivals Newcastle United, but were beaten 2-0 in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford.
