Video: United starlet bags impressive first goal on international duty in pulsating 3-3 draw

Manchester United youngsters made a splash on international duty on Friday. Jacob Devaney impressed for the Republic of Ireland under-21s against Moldova on Thursday. Ayden Heaven The United youngster has not had much game time this season despite injuries to Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez. Instead, he has had to settle for spots on the bench and the occasional appearance in the last few minutes to help hold onto a result. He did play regularly under Ruben Amorim over the Christmas period, but in fact, he has only managed a total of 24 minutes of action under Michael Carrick. In fact, he is still waiting for his first senior goal with the Millers. Nonetheless, it did not take him long to get on the scoresheet in Wales under-21s’ 2-0 win over Belarus. His goal came after 15 minutes of play to give the hosts the lead. He showed fantastic striking instinct to put away his chance after the visitors failed to clear a cross.
