Manchester United star Bryan Mbeumo has revealed why Joshua Zirkzee is the teammate who has taken him aback the most. He struggled for consistent playing time under Ruben Amorim, and this trend has carried forward since Michael Carrick’s appointment as caretaker boss. Zirkzee has been afforded just 11 minutes across four of the six matches that Carrick has taken charge of. It’s understood that the Netherlands international was weighing up his options ahead of the winter window and is likely to do so again in the summer, unless his situation improves or he receives guarantees over his future.
