Casemiro wins prize Casemiro has bagged the accolade after garnering 51 per cent of the fan vote in Matchweek 24. His closest competitor was Liverpool forward Hugo Ekitike, who got 17 per cent. Other contesters were Joao Pedro (seven per cent), Xavi Simons (three per cent), plus Habib Diarra and Caoimhin Kelleher (both two per cent).
