Rasmus Hojlund Hojlund played the entire 90 minutes of SSC Napoli’s crushing 0-3 defeat to Juventus. The Dane carried almost no threat in front of goal, with an xG of just 0.1 during the match. He had two shots on goal, neither of which were on target or could be classified as big chances. The best chance came when the ball dropped to him in the 55th minute, but he flashed his right-footed shot well wide of the goal. Hojlund also failed to carry the ball forward with any success, as he did not attempt any successful dribbles during the match. The young forward did not complete any crosses, but he did provide two key passes in the match, one of which was a big chance. Hojlund won just three of his 11 duels and made two clearances for his side. Napoli and the United forward will look to get back to winning ways at home to Chelsea in the Champions League on Wednesday. He did not complete any crosses or key passes in the entire time he was on the pitch. He was also unable to have any shots on goal, despite scoring the winner midweek against Fenerbahce in the Europa League. Sancho did complete his only dribble attempt, though, and was also successful in his only crossing attempt during the match. Sancho also won two ground duels in the match. Villa will host Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday evening, when Sancho will be hoping for yet another start for the Villans. Marcus Rashford was an unused substitute in FC Barcelona’s convincing 3-0 win over Real Oviedo, helping the team return to the top of La Liga. He will hope to get some action when the Catalans host Copenhagen in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
