An update on Toby Collyer

Thursday 01 January 2026 10:30Manchester United have recalled young midfielder Toby Collyer from his loan spell at Championship club West Bromwich Albion. The 21-year-old Academy graduate joined the Baggies in August to gain valuable experience playing in the Football League.  Collyer made 12 appearances for Ryan Mason’s side and registered one assist. An injury in his last match, against Birmingham City on 26 November, has recently kept him sidelined.Toby Collyer has returned to United after a temporary move to West Brom.A highly rated talent with a tremendous work ethic, Toby returns to United to focus on his recovery and perhaps bolster Ruben Amorim’s options in midfield.  Collyer made his senior Reds debut in August 2024 to proudly become our 251st Academy graduate.
