Manchester United had three loanees in action yesterday in the Championship. To follow where all of United’s loaned players are in action this season, click here. Radek Vitek Vitek has been in great form this season but he had a poor match in Wales against Wrexham AFC. He managed three saves in Bristol City’s 0-2 loss and made one high claim in the match. In the first half, he was beaten from distance with a long-range strike from Nathan Broadhead at the STOK Racecourse. In the 74th minute, he did score an unfortunate own goal. The ball looped over him from a corner and it hit the post and bounced back onto him into the net. He completed 80% of his passes and made one clearance in the game. The young Czech has certainly enjoyed better days at the office and he will next be in action this Saturday when Bristol City travel to face Portsmouth. He played 90 minutes of his side’s 0-1 loss to Millwall. Amass made one key pass and completed 83% of his passes. The 18 year old failed to have any shots and was also unsuccessful in his only dribble attempt. He did win his only tackle though and made three clearances during the match. The youngster also came out on top in three ground duels and three aerial contests. Toby Collyer The midfielder’s loan at West Bromwich Albion has failed to really get going yet and this wasn’t helped last night when he was subbed off after just 11 minutes in West Brom’s 1-1 draw with Birmingham City. It looked like yet another potential injury and more time on the sidelines for the luckless starlet.
