The youngster is described as a player who “can do a lot with very little and showed expertly how to use his tall frame throughout the tournament before going out against Switzerland.” He scored twice against Canada as the Irish made it through their last-16 tie. The Dubliner played 30 games in the Irish league last season, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in 36 matches.
