United chase record-breaking 17-year-old starlet who has taken youth World Cup by storm – report

In spite of his young age, he is a regular in the League of Ireland and is a crucial player for The Hoops. The talented marksman is already in the record books as the youngest scorer in the Europa Conference League, finding the back of the net at 16 years and 197 days old against Norwegian side Molde. That also makes him the second youngest scorer in all of UEFA’s competitions. The youngster is described as a player who “can do a lot with very little and showed expertly how to use his tall frame throughout the tournament before going out against Switzerland.” He scored twice against Canada as the Irish made it through their last-16 tie. The Dubliner played 30 games in the Irish league last season, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in 36 matches.
