Manchester United Women defender Millie Turner has sustained a fracture in her foot and is receiving rehabilitation from the club’s medical team.
The centre-back, who started 30 of our 31 matches across all competitions this season, was replaced at half-time of last Sunday’s Adobe Women’s FA Cup final defeat to Chelsea.
Turner subsequently played no part in this week’s World Sevens tournament, where she was seen supporting her team-mates with a pair of crutches and a protective boot on her left foot.
Everyone at United wishes Millie a speedy recovery.
