Ruben Amorim will be able to call upon Manuel Ugarte and Patrick Dorgu for Manchester United’s season-defining Europa League Round of 16 second-leg tie with Real Sociedad today.
Dorgu’s suspension does not apply to European games, while Ugarte has recovered from a knock that kept him out of the last two games.
The bad news for United is that Leny Yoro has not recovered from the foot injury that forced him off the pitch against Arsenal at the weekend.
Also, Chido Obi cannot be a part of the squad having not been registered to play in the competition.
Otherwise, the squad is expected to remain the same as the one that faced the Gunners.
The Defence
Altay Bayindir is still injured, so undoubtedly, Andre Onana will be in goal.
With Yoro out and Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire also remaining unavailable, the back three is likely to be Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs de Ligt and Victor Lindelof, although 18-year-old Ayden Heaven is in with a chance after impressing against Arsenal as Yoro’s substitute.
Dorgu will come in at left wing back, with Diogo Dalot switching to the right.
Midfield and Attack
We expect Ugarte to come straight back in to the starting line-up to partner Bruno Fernandes in midfield.
Rasmus Hojlund was dropped on Sunday but we expect him to be recalled to lead the line, with Josh Zirkzee and Alejandro Garnacho in support.
The Argentinian is often used as an impact sub, but he has picked up some excellent form in his last couple of outings and should start in a game that must be played on the front foot.
Mason Mount is back in training but it is almost certainly too soon for him to even get a place on the bench.
That bench could feature Dermot Mee, Elyh Harrison, Heaven, Harry Amass, Casemiro, Toby Collyer, Christian Eriksen and Jack Fletcher.
