United seriously considering signing €70m PSG star, Ineos will use 28-yo to get deal over the line – report

Manchester United enjoyed a goalfest at Molineux Stadium, winning 4-1 against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Bruno Fernandes, Mason Mount and Bryan Mbeumo all got on the scoresheet on Monday night, taking full advantage of the 20th-placed side’s shaky defending. But it was a frustrating return to the Midlands for Matheus Cunha, who lacked incisiveness around the goalmouth. Cunha scored 15 times in the Premier League for Wolves last season, but he has just one goal to his name at United. If the Brazilian left winger continues to underwhelm, United might be compelled to bring in another left-sided attacker to strengthen their ranks.  Manchester United planning to use Marcus Rashford in swap deal Before Amorim arrived, Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho competed for the starting spot out on the left at Old Trafford. However, the pair fell out with the Portuguese.  The Red Devils sent Garnacho to Chelsea in a permanent deal. Rashford, meanwhile, was loaned out to Barcelona. The La Liga giants do have an option to buy the Englishman but their transfer strategy remains uncertain. The England international is thriving at Barca, leading to long-term admirers Paris Saint-Germain reigniting their interest in his services.  According to Fichajes, United are considering using Rashford to secure the signature of a PSG left winger.  Man United want Bradley Barcola The Spanish outlet claim United are interested in Bradley Barcola and are “seriously” planning to sign him next summer. The 23-year-old Frenchman is known for his dazzling dribbling, lightning-fast feet, and versatility. His profile fits perfectly with the Premier League giants’ emphasis on young and dynamic players. It is understood United are considering a swap deal involving Barcola and Rashford.  The France international has 31 goals and 33 assists to his name in 121 appearances for PSG. However, he has struggled for regular starts following the arrival of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.  Further, negotiations to renew the €70m-rated forward’s contract at PSG have allegedly stalled. Accordingly, United are looking to capitalise on Barcola’s situation.  Featured image Alex Caparros via Getty Images The Peoples Person has been one of the world’s leading Man United news sites for over a decade.
