The club’s official website has also listed other academy players who will be in action this summer, representing their national sides. Youth call-ups The site reports that, “Yuel Helafu and Albert Mills have made their debuts for England Under-18s, featuring against Greece and Cyprus.” Mills made the moment even more special by scoring the Three Lions’ fourth goal in a 6-1 victory over Cyprus. Amir Ibragimov has also been called up to the senior Russia side, with fixtures against Burkina Faso and Trinidad & Tobago to come. James Scanlon had a loan to forget at Swindon Town but will hope to return to form for Gibraltar. Gibraltar have fixtures against the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands to look forward to. Jacob Devaney enjoyed a highly successful loan spell at St Mirren, but his work is not yet done this season. The exciting young midfielder has been called up to Ireland’s under-21s squad for matches against Croatia and Qatar. Finally, “Noah Ajayi (Germany U18s), Louie Bradbury (Wales U19s), Chido Obi (Denmark U19s) and Samuel Lusale (Slovakia U19s) also received invitations to link up with their respective squads.” Featured image Lewis Storey via Getty Images The Peoples Person has been one of the world’s leading Man United news sites for over a decade.
