The Telegraph claims that although there is a willingness to keep Darren Fletcher at the club, his future is also uncertain.

Thr role of the former Scotland International and Manchester United legend seems to be similar to that of Ashworth, Freedman and Wilcox, who also serve in as technical-director capabilities at the club.

It seems that Fletcher’s current job title may not precisely represent his responsibilities or expertise within the organization. To maintain transparency and ensure a proper a distribution of roles, they will likely reassign him to a position that better reflects his skills and contributions and there are very less chances that he will be let go by the club.

Ever since the arrival of the current manager Erik ten Hag at the club couple of years ago, the 40 year old has worked with him closely and has formed a strong partnership also he has developed a close working relationship with him, contributing to Manchester United’s progress and success since the arrival of manager two years ago.
