It is believed that the fourteen people arrested on suspicion of organizing terrorism in Denmark and Germany are connected to militant Islamist organizations.
This was stated at a press conference by the Danish police this morning. Thirteen people were arrested near Copenhagen over the weekend and one in Germany, and they are believed to have been preparing for one or more terrorist attacks and amassing explosives and firearms for that purpose.
