United legend Paul Scholes considers the Italian midfielder to be better than Arsenal’s Declan Rice. Tonali’s form and reputation have made him one of the most sought-after midfielders in Europe. According to TuttoSport (via Get Italian Football News), United, Arsenal and Juventus are all chasing Tonali. The Italian publication claims the “unbelievable” midfielder’s agent was present in the stands during Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Brighton. He has already suggested that Tonali will hold transfer talks with Newcastle at the end of the season. Newcastle ready to sell Sandro Tonali for €100m The Magpies appear to be resigned to losing Tonali. It is claimed they are demanding €100 million (£86.7m) for a summer sale. It is also reported that United view the Newcastle man as a replacement for the departing Casemiro.
