Manchester United have beaten Barcelona 2-1 after an epic battle at Old Trafford. The Red Devils fought back from a goal down after conceding a first half penalty.
Fred and substitute Antony scored in the second half to clinch a 2-1 victory and send United into the Europa League last 16.
Former Manchester United stars gave their reaction to the victory on BT Sport.
Robin van Persie said he enjoyed the Old Trafford atmosphere and the efforts of the players, commenting: “It’s electric.
“I really loved the second half. They were very very dangerous in the second half.”
Owen Hargreaves commented: “This is a huge step in Manchester United’s season.
“It’s been amazing it feels like the feel good factor is coming back.”

This felt like a seminal moment in Manchester United’s season, with Erik ten Hag’s side rising when the pressure cranked up and the lights shone brightest.
The first half frustration only added to the challenge facing the side, and Ten Hag acted decisively, making his changes at half-time rather than waiting until midway through the second half.
The Dutchman is so effective when he makes adjustments and usually gets it right. He was backed by his players delivering, and producing a performance which will be talked about for years.
There is a big task ahead in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday, and United will head to Wembley on a real high.
