Sir Alex Ferguson and Erik ten Hag have been pictured out for dinner together.
Manchester United Football Club have their fair share of legends, though none come greater than Sir Alex Ferguson. The Scot, the Reds’ most successful manager in history, will always be fondly remembered by every portion of the Old Trafford fanbase.
Sir Alex is still involved with the club in an ambassadorial capacity. Heck, why wouldn’t you use all of his vast experience? For as long as he wants to remain in and around Old Trafford, of course…
The great man has been spotted at the Theatre of Dreams a fair bit this season, which leads us all to believe that he’s enjoying what’s happening right now under Ten Hag. I’d argue we’ve seen him at the stadium more times in the last couple of months than we have in the few years prior!
To further reaffirm Fergie’s admiration for Ten Hag, the pair were spotted out at dinner together in Hale last night, by Twitter user @OliverCritchlo1.

Honestly, this is just class. No doubt tactics, team selection, improving players and possibly even transfers were atop the list of discussion. However, speaking with someone like Fergie can only be another huge positive for Ten Hag.
From a pure fan perspective, there’s always something special about seeing these kinds of photos. It’s just what Manchester United Football Club is all about – and I’ll freely admit it brings a smile to my face to see the boss looking so well.
