Mount back in full training

Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount has returned to full training.

Mount will not be rushed back but his appearance on the grass, with the group, on Monday was a welcome sight as he looked fresh and positive.

After working hard on his rehabilitation during the recovery period, the 25-year-old is striving to be available again soon.

There is an international break on the horizon, after the upcoming home games against PAOK, in the Europa League, on Thursday and Sunday’s Premier League clash with Leicester City.

Ruud van Nistelrooy is remaining in interim charge for these two matches, before new head coach Ruben Amorim arrives at Old Trafford, to prepare for his opening fixture, away to Ipswich Town on 24 November.
