Manchester United midfielder Marcel Sabitzer has responded after making his first start at Old Trafford.
The Bayern Munich loanee was named in the starting XI to face Leeds at Old Trafford, just a week after signing for the club.
Sabitzer, 28, featured for 82 minutes and had a competent debut as part of a makeshift midfield with Casemiro suspended.
The Red Devils came from behind to salvage a 2-2 draw from two goals down, with Sabitzer on the pitch for both United goals.

Sabitzer message
Austria international midfielder Sabitzer created three chances during his time on the pitch and attempted three efforts at goal.
He sent a short message after the draw, referring to a spirited team display, writing: “We never give up!”.
Pellistri message
Another player making a notable appearance was Facundo Pellistri, who was making his Premier League debut.
Pellistri played a part in Manchester United’s first goal, playing the ball to Diogo Dalot who crossed for Marcus Rashford to score.
The Uruguayan wrote on Instagram: “It wasn’t the result we wanted. Great team spirit. Let’s keep pushing and believing until the end.”
Injuries and suspension tested Manchester United’s squad, with Sabitzer and Pellistri emerging as new options for Erik ten Hag.
Both did well without being spectacular, and there should be more to come from them both between now and the end of the season as United juggle competing in four competitions.
