According to BetVictor, the Red Devils lead the race to sign both players on the radar of several Premier League clubs such as Arsenal, Tottenham, and West Ham. Erik Ten Hag’s side are 2/1 to sign Ivan Toney ahead of Spurs (3/1) and Arsenal (4/1). They need a striker this summer despite signing Joshua Zirkzee already due to Rasmus Hojlund’s recent injury. 28-year-old Toney seems destined to be on the move this summer disputing Brentford manager Thomas Frank’s desire to keep him. Arsenal have been linked with the striker for the longest, however, they have also been linked with Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres, Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, and Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins. Manchester United keen on Jarrad Branthwaite Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite has been linked to United since the transfer window’s beginning. The Red Devils have been in contact with Branthwaite but any move seemed to stall when Everton decided to hold out for a price of £70 million plus. BetVictor has United as 4/1 favorites to land Branthwaite who hasn’t been as heavily linked with other clubs apart from Manchester United. Rashford and Sancho backed to leave Old Trafford The odds suggest that United are likely to sign two England internationals, however, they have also been backed to sell two big names. Marcus Rashford is 2/1 to go to Barcelona or Paris Saint-Germain this summer after the 26-year-old had a down year at Old Trafford leading to him missing out on the England squad for Euro 2024. Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho has been heavily linked with a move to PSG this summer with BetVictor placing an even-money chance on him moving to the French capital.
