Man Utd Join Chelsea And Liverpool In Pursuing £80M Rated Teenager With 10 PL Goals This Season

BACK David Tully Apr 15th 2026 Man Utd are the latest club to show interest in Bournemouth striker Eli Kroupi, according to reports. The Daily Mail claim that the Red Devils are “monitoring” the teenager, who scored his 10th Premier League goal of the campaign against Arsenal last weekend. Kroupi has already attracted the attention of both Chelsea and Liverpool with his performances over the course of this season. The 19-year-old signed for Bournemouth from Lorient at the start of last year, but he stayed on loan in France before becoming part of Andoni Iraola’s squad last summer. Kroupi has taken no time at all to settle into English football, having topped the scoring charts for the Cherries during his debut campaign. Bournemouth are keen to keep hold of the forward Kroupi’s team are not expected to let the Frenchman go without a fight. The Sun reported in February that the South Coast club were preparing to hand the player a “blockbuster” new contract. They are reportedly keen to protect the player’s value, with the hope of selling him on for a fee in excess of £80m in the future. Kroupi is not the only Bournemouth player that Man Utd like The Daily Mail report that Marcos Senesi is also a possible target for the Red Devils. The Argentinian international is out of contract at the end of the season, and he will be leaving on a free transfer. Senesi’s teammates Alex Scott and Marcus Tavernier are names that have been linked with moves to Old Trafford in recent months as well. Bournemouth may well have difficulties keeping hold of their best players, with it recently being revealed that their highly rated head coach Iraola will leave the Vitality Stadium this summer.
