The Brazilian caught the eye with his performances at the Under-17 World Cup, and Madrid-based publication AS claims that the two Premier League clubs have made contact with his entourage. They predict that both teams could table formal offers for Eduardo within “weeks”, which suggests that there will be a battle for his signature during the January transfer window. The teenager turns 18 on the 16th next month, which is the date he will be eligible for a move abroad.
