Man United haven’t made their minds up regarding the future of Scott McTominay.

Manchester United Football Club have plenty of dressing room dilemmas to sort out before the season kicks off.

As of yet, no signings have been made, nor have any major names left Old Trafford to this point.

It does feel like a major culling of the squad is just around the corner. Jadon Sancho and Mason Greenwood could leave. Scott McTominay, too.

The Scotland international proved himself as a vital source of goals last term, scoring ten times across all competitions, helping United in a season where they genuinely struggled.

However, the Red Devils could still cash in on the Scotland international, per Football Insider.

According to their latest information, United are yet to make a decision on the future of the star who has made over 250 appearances for the Reds.

Football Insider believe United will look to bring in midfield reinforcements before eventually choosing where McTominay’s future lies.

In the event that United do choose to cash in on McTominay, he will have plenty of options with the midfielder attracting heavy interest. Fulham, West Ham, Newcastle and Southampton are all keen.

With just twelve months left on his current deal, the pressure is firmly on United. They’ll already receive a lower fee than you’d typically expect for McTominay due to the fact he can leave on a free next summer.

The worst-case scenario would be keeping McTominay around, barely playing him and then receiving no transfer fee for a player who has been a mainstay in the squad for almost a decade now.
