The contracts of several Manchester United stars are up in the summer, including key performer Harry Maguire. Casemiro has already announced he is leaving at the conclusion of the current campaign, while both Tyrell Malacia and Jadon Sancho are expected to follow suit. However, INEOS remain undecided on the centre-back’s future. He currently earns £190,000 gross per week, excluding bonuses (via capology), and the only way for him to extend his Old Trafford career is if he agrees to take a pay cut. While the England international would prefer to stay, the lure of Middle Eastern riches and the chance to reunite with a former manager has made the choice tougher.
