A potential insight into the fitness of West Ham United star Said Benrahma has been forthcoming on Saturday evening, ahead of the club’s meeting with Manchester United.

‘A knock on the knee’ The name of Algerian wide-man Benrahma took centre stage across social media earlier today.

This came amid something of a meltdown on the part of the Fantasy Premier League community.

Benrahma, on the back of a fine start to the campaign – which has seen him notch a pair of goals and assists across four appearances thus far – suddenly emerged as a doubt for West Ham’s meeting with Manchester United.

David Moyes’ men are already set to be without the services of one Fantasy favourite – Michail Antonio – for Sunday’s early kick-off.

In turn, upon late quotes surrounding a fitness problem picked up by the aforementioned Benrahma suddenly surfacing online, the FPL crisis talks swung into full motion.

Swift return? As outlined above, though, the hours since on Saturday have seen a fresh hint regarding the West Ham attacker’s availability to face Man United come to the fore online.

As picked up on by the FPL community, Benrahma was in fact present as part of the latest training session held by David Moyes this evening.

Could this point towards the former Brentford man having shaken off his knee problem, to take his place amongst the Irons’ XI on Sunday afternoon?
