Trusted journalist Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on the futures of Manchester United duo Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani.
Pogba has been linked with both Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus during the summer transfer window.
He has also entered the final 12 months of his contract at Old Trafford, leading to rumours that a free transfer could be on the cards next year.

Cavani, meanwhile, has seen his game time threatened by the pending arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo.
United have agreed a deal worth €15million (£12.85m) to re-sign the Portugal superstar from Juve.
Romano has now moved to clarify the futures of Pogba and Cavani.
He tweeted: “Edinson Cavani is absolutely not considering to leave Manchester United this summer after Cristiano Ronaldo signing. Club also 100 per cent convinced to keep him.
“Paul Pogba is also staying and he’s never been involved in any proposal to Juventus.”
It looks like good news for United fans, as they will benefit from having both Ronaldo and Cavani available up front this term. Pogba will also be kept to pull the strings from midfield.
The Red Devils have picked up four points from a possible six so far this season. Pogba bagged four assists in the 5-1 thrashing of Leeds on the opening day, as Bruno Fernandes got a hat-trick.
However, they dropped points against Southampton away from home in their next match. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men went behind to a Fred own goal in the first half, before pulling it back thanks to Mason Greenwood. It ended 1-1 at St Mary’s.
Cavani missed both of those fixtures but could return against Wolves on Sunday afternoon.
Meanwhile, former United centre-half Rio Ferdinand has reacted to the return of Ronaldo.
On his Youtube channel, Ferdinand said: “The pendulum has swung. What a 24 hours. Man United have done what they needed to do.
“The Man United hierarchy, when they needed to move there was no looking back. They performed perfectly at every step. There was no looking over their shoulder, no hesitancy about it.
“There was an opportunity for Ronaldo to continue his history and legacy at this football club.
“If Man United had let that slip through their fingers and seen him go across the city to the other side, you’d have had security 24/7 at the stadium, not just the houses of the people involved in that.”
Ronaldo’s move is waiting on personal terms, a visa and a medical.
