Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has given his instant reaction to Jadon Sancho‘s comeback performance.
Sancho played the final 30 minutes of Manchester United’s 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest.
United won 5-0 on aggregate, with Anthony Martial and Fred scoring second half goals in the win at Old Trafford.
Sancho, Marcus Rashford and Antony Martial came off the bench and helped United secure the victory.

Jadon Sancho played a central role when he came on and Bruno Fernandes shifted out to the right wing.
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag gave his verdict on the 22-year-old’s performance.
He said he liked Sancho’s versatility and the extra option he provides to the team.
Ten Hag told Sky Sports: “Jadon [Sancho], I know he can play as a #10 and a winger.
“We can mix it often and that is what I like.”
Adding more on Manchester United’s performance, Ten Hag said he was pleased the team were able to raise their game.
He commented: “I think we played professionally, but the pace was too slow. We allowed them to create chances. In the second half, the tempo was better and we scored some good goals.”
United will face Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final at the end of February, but there is a lot of football to be played first.
Ten Hag said: “Of course we are looking forward to it. We get to go to Wembley and it’s Newcastle Untied who are great team but it is far away for us.”
