Hattar’s newcomers in the men’s Dominos basketball division have added a Dutch national team player. His name is Bryan Alberts and he last played in the Swedish Premier League.
Alberts is American but with Dutch citizenship and played his first A-national game this year 2016. He is 26 years old and last played with Djurgården, who was relegated from the Swedish Premier League last year. There he scored 11, 2 points on average per game.
“This is just a good defender, shooter, who will come to tighten the ranks with us for the second half, “says Viðar Örn Hafsteinsson, Hattar’s coach.
Höttur has six foreign players in his group; American Michael Mallory, Croatians Matej Karlovic and Dino Stipcic, and Spaniards David Guardia and Juan Luis. Stipcic, Karlovic and Guardia all played with the team last year when they won a place in the Dominos League.
