Amad starts for Manchester United tonight against PAOK as the Red Devils look to notch their first win in Europe this season.
The Ivorian comes in for Marcus Rashford, with Alejandro Garnacho occupying the left wing.
Rasmus Hojlund once again starts up front, with Bruno Fernandes in the number 10 spot.
Christian Eriksen and Mason Mount are back in the squad after injury, but interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy has once again selected Manuel Ugarte and Casemiro in midfield.
Antony has also recovered from injury and is on the bench.
Andre Onana is in goal.
There are also changes in defence. Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez are rested, with Victor Lindelof and Jonny Evans the centre back pairing.
Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui are the full backs.
On the bench are Altay Bayindir, Tom Heaton, Harry Amass, De Ligt, Martinez, Christian Eriksen, Jayce Fitzgerald, Mount, Antony, Rashford, Ethan Wheatley and Josh Zirkzee.
Leny Yoro, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are all back in training but not yet ready to take part.
Harry Maguire, Toby Collyer and Dan Gore are not available.
