Michael Carrick still has injury problems depleting his Manchester United side for tonight’s Premier League clash with Newcastle United. The big news is that Diogo Dalot is on the bench and is replaced by Noussair Mazraoui. We have not yet been informed whether that is due to injury, sickness or is a tactical decision. Defence Senne Lammens is in goal. The back four are Mazraoui, Leny Yoro, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw. Maguire and Shaw have recovered from the sickness that saw them substituted against Crystal Palace on Sunday. Matthijs de Ligt, Lisandro Martinez and Patrick Dorgu are all still injured. Midfield and Attack Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo once again take their place in the heart of United’s midfield. Bruno Fernandes is once again in the number 10 role ahead of them, with Bryan Mbeumo on the right, Matheus Cunha on the left and Ben Sesko up front. Substitutes The substitute keeper is Altay Bayindir. He is joined on the bench by Diogo Dalot, Ayden Heaven, Tyrell Malacia, Godwill Kukonki, Manuel Ugarte, Tyler Fletcher, Josh Zirkzee and Amad.
