Former Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has been struggling at Chelsea this season. United career The Argentine joined Manchester United in 2020 from Atletico Madrid’s academy. The 21-year-old put in another disastrous performance versus Hull City in the FA Cup last night. Chelsea safely ran out 4-0 winners but Garnacho had little to do with it. F365 comment that, “we warned Garnacho in January that he faces a repeat of his Manchester United axe under Liam Rosenior if he does not buck his ideas up and this remains on track to happen.” The site reviews that, “he was the weakest of Chelsea’s attackers against Hull City in his latest uninspiring display.” This weakness and lack of conviction was best seen when he feigned contact to try and win a penalty rather than challenge for the ball against the Championship side.
