13 duels won, 5 dribbles completed: United loanee puts in monstrous effort, sends timely reminder to Amorim

Harry Amass The young full-back was impressive once again for Sheffield Wednesday in their 0-0 draw with Blackburn Rovers. He failed to make much of a mark offensively, failing to provide ” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>any key passes and connecting with just one of his cross attempts. Amass was very effective at carrying the ball, completing five of his seven dribble attempts. The 18-year-old also won an incredible 12 out of 14 ground duels, as well as winning an aerial contest. Amass also made three interceptions and two clearances to help his side keep a rare clean sheet. He made three key passes and connected with four crosses in yet another strong showing on the wing. Ennis also completed his only dribble attempt, and all four tackles that he tried to win were won for his side. He also won five duels in the contest. Jack Moorhouse The Irish midfielder played 81 minutes of Leyton Orient’s 0-3 loss away to Luton Town. He managed to complete 82% of his passes and had one shot on goal, which was blocked. Moorhouse completed three out of four dribble attempts and won his only tackle in the match. The midfielder also won four of his eight ground duels in a combative showing. Dan Gore Gore played 75 minutes as his Rotherham side were humbled 4-0 by Blackpool. He failed to complete any key passes and did not find his target with any of his four cross attempts. Gore also did not succeed in his only dribble attempt. He was more effective in duels, though, winning a total of seven in the midfield engine room. Ethan Wheatley Finally, Wheatley had to be substituted after just 26 minutes of Northampton Town’s 0-2 defeat to Huddersfield Town. The club’s website reports that he fell awkwardly and the extent of a potential injury is not yet known.
