100% aerial duels won, 75% cross completed: United loanee continues to gain prominence in League Two

Manchester United had three youngsters in loan action on Saturday afternoon. Owing to the international break, there were a reduced amount of youngsters in action. To follow where all of United’s loanees are this season, click here. Ethan Ennis The young attacker played 82 minutes of Fleetwood Town’s 1-1 draw with Swindon Town. He had one key pass in the match and also completed three of his four cross attempts as he was a constant threat from wide positions. Ennis was also quite accurate on the ball, completing 81% of his pass attempts. The youngster didn’t manage to have any shots on goals but did complete two of his three tackle attempts. He also got through significant defensive work, making five clearances and winning 100% of his aerial duels. The 21 year old got another 90 minutes under his belt as his side drew 0-0 with Luton Town. He made 86% of his passes but failed to have any sort of shot on goal in a quiet game from an attacking sense. Gore made one tackle, a clearance and four interceptions to help preserve his side’s clean sheet. He recovered the ball five times and came out on top in three of his duels. Habeeb Ogunneye The full back got through another 90 minutes in his side’s latest defeat to Shrewsbury Town. He completed 79% of his passes and his only cross failed to reach a teammate. Ogunneye did have one shot on target in the match and it was classified as a big chance missed for his team. The 20 year old was poor in his duels though, winning just one of his five ground contests.
